This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone using PitchInfra — a fund team member, an invited teammate, a founder submitting an application, or an AI agent acting on a founder's behalf. It is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions. The examples below are illustrative, not exhaustive; you're responsible for your own use of the platform and, if you run a workspace, for your team's use of it.
Use the platform only for lawful, business-related deal intake and review. You must not use it to transmit or store content, or engage in conduct, that:
A fund configuring its own application form is responsible for the questions it asks and must not use the platform to collect data it has no lawful basis to collect. A founder, or an AI agent submitting on a founder's behalf, must answer truthfully — knowingly submitting false or fabricated information to secure funding is a violation of this AUP and may constitute fraud.
The platform is built to be used by AI agents acting on a founder's behalf — reading a fund's schema and submitting a structured application is exactly what the integration is for. What's not permitted is using automation to flood a fund with duplicate or spam submissions, to probe a form for information it doesn't intend to expose, or to attempt to manipulate the AI research or scoring process through prompt injection or similarly deceptive input.
Violating this AUP may result in removal of the offending content, suspension or termination of the account or workspace responsible, and, where warranted, legal action. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
To report a suspected violation of this policy, write to hello@pitchinfra.com with as much detail as you can — the workspace or application involved, and what you observed.
